Automatic High Speed Corrugated Carton Folding Gluing Machine Inline

These inline folder gluer bundler machine is used together with our printer slotter die cutter machines to achieve high speed corrugated carton printing, slotting, die cutting, folding gluing and bundling all finished in one machine.

Suitable for 3/5/7 layer corrugate cardboard( as well as E flute paper board.)

Fully automatic folding and gluing machine is composed of glue folding part, counting correction output part, and two core parts. The overall design structure and the matching of used parts are reasonable. After repeated demonstrations and market practice feedback, stable performance and economy are in line with the production requirements of most
market outer packaging boxes. It is a cost-effective automation equipment that effectively reduces labor intensity and improves production efficiency.

This machine is specially designed and manufactured to meet the large demand of regular slotted cartons, and meets the characteristics of common industrial cartons, food outer cartons and cartons in the market, such as large size span,
weak material, and different batches. According to different sizes of cartons, it can meet the smooth production of 150-250 cartons, and realize the one-key order adjustment function, which truly realizes fast order replacement and efficient production.

The structure of the whole machine is welded on the welding platform with carbon dioxide protection, and the parts are processed by the machining center, which has high strength and is not easy to be deformed for a long time. PLC touch screen control, and equipped with inching buttons, and digital remote control adjustment. It has simple, fast, reliable and accurate manual, remote control, automatic and other control modes, automatic paper feeding, automatic glue folding, automatic counting, automatic correction output, the maximum gluing speed is 220 meters/minute

FOLDER GLUER SECTION

1. Imported belt drive is wear-resistant, non-slip, accurate and reliable.
2. The gluing machine head is controlled by a servo motor, and it can automatically follow the speed according to the production speed to ensure that the cardboard does not appear to be coated or undercoated.
3. Synchronous linkage with the printing machine, using frequency conversion speed regulation, flexible speed regulation, stable energy saving.
4. The glue application box is adjusted by an electric deceleration motor made in Taiwan, and has a self-adjusting glue squeegee device.
5. Automatic glue supply, and the circulating glue will never break, saving time and effort.Stainless steel coated wheels are corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. Glue evenly to save glue. There will be no glue-free phenomenon in some cartons due to different glue concentrations.
6. The left and right arms can be adjusted electrically, and the data can also be adjusted automatically, responding to the one-key adjustment of the whole machine
7. The gluing head can be adjusted by left and right electric, or it can be set to automatically adjust the data, and respond to the whole machine one-key adjustment
8. The folding part is equipped with a multi-channel adjustable crimping wheel group, which makes the carton folding more smoothly and the adhesion is more beautiful.
9. Equipped with a belt adjustment device, which can adjust the non-synchronization caused by the left and right belts to cause the scissors mouth of the carton to better solve the problem of the scissors mouth.
10. The support arm is formed of thick-walled pipe, which has stronger load-bearing capacity and more stable transmission of the whole machine.
11. All transmission wheels are made of Nilun material, wear-resistant and non-slip.
12. All transmission wheel shafts adopt hard linear optical shafts with adjustment ports, which are convenient to adjust, high in intensity, and reduce the repeated adjustment rate.
13. The overall independent frequency conversion adjustment of the speed of the folding part can effectively adjust the coordination of each part according to the production size, making the production more smooth.
14. The entire linkage folding knife feeds paper, and is equipped with a folding angle adjustment device, so that the carton is better formed.

Counting correction part

1. It adopts PLC touch screen control, quick and reliable response, and can input data without stopping the machine.
2. Adopts up-and-down type, integral push-out, servo control, printing screen is not affected
3. The output adopts automatic counting and stacking pneumatic mode, the stacking quantity is set according to actual needs, and the launch time can be adjusted according to needs. Strong operability, reliable action, fast and accurate.
4. The pressing paper is pushed out by electric lifting, which is convenient to adjust, guarantees the pressing time of the sticking mouth, and prevents the phenomenon of weak sticking.
5. Conveyor belt output, press roller assisted, paper output gap electric control.
6. High-frequency full box correction, fan-assisted paper dropping, pneumatic horizontal push, circulating transmission
7. Independent servo adjustment of paper feeding drive, independent paper output and independent frequency conversion speed regulation. The production speed can be freely matched according to the size and stacking height, so that the production is smoother and more suitable for the production of a variety of carton specifications.
8. Multi-servo-driven high-speed counting stacking cycle collection system.

Optional -- Automatic Bundler Section

Customer can choose to add the bundler section or not for final finishing.
If you want to add, then the Bundler section will need a 2nd time correction part before bundling. All cartons pass through this section will be turned to the right direction for strapping. This correction part is equipped with an automatic tracking switch, which can automatically adjust the speed according to the main production line. When the strapping part is not completed, it will automatically wait.

The strapping size can be adjusted, it can strap single line or 2 lines.
The machine use 5mm wide PP belt, hot melt connection, high strapping speed, beautiful and strong strapping connection. The
cartons will be automatically pushed out to the collection table after strapping.
